Identity Group, LLC is a family of companies that specializes in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of a broad range of corporate/personal identity related and marking industry products (see products for detailed information). The company serves a wide variety of markets with a diverse product offering ranging from finger print pads, inks and ink rolls, pre-inked and self-inking custom hand stamps, plastic loyalty & credit cards, a full line of business stationery products such as business cards, short run promotional and ad specialty items, to custom and electronic signage.

In 1994, a management team led by Donald J. Polak, former President of Pelikan USA, Inc., and a private equity firm acquired the Marking Systems Group from Johnson Worldwide Associates, Inc. (OTC). As the product line expanded, the name of the business was changed to Identity Group, LLC

Today, Identity Group, LLC is owned by Saw Mill Capital and management.

The company has approximately 1,000 employees working in eight (8) domestic and two (2) European locations. Corporate headquarters is located in Cookeville, TN (near Nashville).
